# Supported Browsers

Vault supports the latest version of the certified browsers which have been tested with the General Release to ensure that Vault features function properly. For optimal performance, we recommend using Vault with one of the supported browsers from the following list:

## Microsoft Windows

### Google Chrome

Certified version: 138 (Official build, 64-bit)

#### Known Issues

In some versions of Google Chrome, task completion windows may appear scrambled or dotted with small squares. This is an issue in the browser itself, not Vault. You can work around the issue by dragging the window within your screen, or by using another browser.

### Microsoft Edge

Certified version: 138 (Official build, 64-bit)

Vault does not support Microsoft Edge operating in Internet Explorer (IE) mode.

#### Known Issues

* To avoid potential login or password reset related issues, Veeva recommends adding Vault (`*.veevavault.com` and `*.veeva.com`) to your browser's trusted sites list.
* When using Microsoft Edge, uploading files 1GB or larger may cause Vault to crash.
* Users on a Microsoft Edge browser are sometimes unable to click on charts across Vault applications, such as charts on the <a class="external-link " href="https://regulatory.veevavault.help/en/lr/53864" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Affiliate Home<i class="fa fa-external-link" aria-hidden="true"></i></a> on RIM Registrations Vaults or the <a class="external-link " href="https://quality.veevavault.help/en/lr/50953" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Training Management<i class="fa fa-external-link" aria-hidden="true"></i></a> home page on Quality Vaults.

###  Cookies & TLS

For all browsers, you must enable cookies and TLS v1.2+ for Vault to function properly.

### Screen Resolution

We recommend that you use a window size of 1280 x 768 or higher. Using the "zoom" feature in your browser can cause display issues with page layouts and positioning, especially in the Doc Info page's _Annotate_ mode.

### Browser Width & Font Sizes

Vault supports browser widths between 1280px-1920px.

Core Vault areas, such as list views, the _Library_, record detail pages, and the document viewer support a 640px minimum width for side-by-side multitasking. Key functionality is available without horizontal scrolling.

Using your browser's zoom feature can cause display issues with page layouts and positioning, particularly in the Doc Info page's _Annotate_ mode.

Font sizes in Vault adjust with your browser setting.
