Configuring Atomic Security for Content Plan Actions (RIM)

You can configure Atomic Security to secure RIM standard actions within an object lifecycle based on the state of the record and the user’s assigned role. Atomic Security is available for the following standard content plan actions in Submissions Vaults:

How to Activate Standard Actions

Before you can start using Atomic Security, you must ensure these actions are activated:

  1. Navigate to Admin > Configuration > Objects > [Object] > Actions.
  2. Open the action and click Edit.
  3. Set the Status to Active.
  4. Click Save.

Repeat these steps for each action on the relevant objects.
