After you publish a report level content plan, you can view the Submission Validation Result records for each Content Plan Item to see a description of each error and the corrective steps required to resolve the error based on the following validation rules:

RIM105 Multiple Content Plan Items have same matched documents with different Published Output Location This Content Plan Item document’s Published Output Location was updated based on the published content plan item record. Ensure document is the same as in the published content plan item record.
RIM108 Link targets a published document that is not a PDF You have a document with one or more hyperlinks pointing to a target in a published file that is not a PDF. Hyperlink target was updated to OpenFile.
RLCP100 Link does not ‘Inherit Zoom’ You have a document that has one or more links that are not set to ‘Inherit Zoom’. Ensure that all links are set to ‘Inherit Zoom’.
RLCP101 PDF does not have ‘Fast Web Access’ active You have a PDF that has been created without ‘Fast Web Access’ active. Ensure that documents are created with the ‘Fast Web Access’ option.
RLCP102 Non-relative hyperlink You have a document that has one or more non-relative (absolute) hyperlinks. Ensure that documents do not have non-relative hyperlinks.
RLCP103 Broken hyperlink You have a document that has one or more hyperlinks pointing to a file that does not exist. The publishing process has removed the hyperlink. Ensure that documents do not have broken hyperlinks.
RLCP104 Corrupt link You have a document that has one or more links pointing to a file that cannot be opened. Ensure that documents do not have corrupt links.
RLCP105 Link has non-existent target You have a document with one or more hyperlinks pointing to a target that does not exist. Ensure that future documents do not have links pointing to non-existent target.
RLCP106 Multiple action hyperlink You have a document that has one or more hyperlinks containing multiple actions. Ensure that documents do not have links triggering multiple actions.
RLCP107 External hyperlink You have a document that makes reference to one or more web references in a hyperlink (e.g. web links, email links). Ensure that documents do not have hyperlinks that are external to the application.
RLCP108 Inactive hyperlink You have a document that has one or more inactive hyperlinks. Ensure that documents do not have inactive hyperlinks.
RLCP109 Invalid Published Output Location specified You have provided incorrect Published Output Location. Ensure that the Published Output Location field is populated and that it doesn’t begin with “/” or “../” characters.
RLCP110 Document is missing required field Published document type has one or more missing required fields. Ensure that the required fields are populated. Fields may be defaulted through corresponding fields on the Content Plan Item.
RLCP111 PDF opening settings not optimal You have a PDF document that does not open in the desired view. Ensure that PDF Opening settings are correct. The initial view of the PDF files should be set as ‘Bookmarks and Pages’ in the Navigation Panel. If there are no bookmarks, set to ‘Pages’. PDFs should open in most recent view (i.e. ‘Inherit Zoom’ for bookmarks and links, and ‘Default’ in open dialog box).
RLCP113 PDF security used You have a document that has PDF security. Ensure that documents do not have PDF security enabled.
RLCP114 Document has annotations You have a document that has PDF annotations. Ensure that the PDF annotations are removed.
RLCP115 Broken bookmark A document has one or more bookmarks pointing to a file that does not exist. Corrective action may be necessary and you will be contacted if it is necessary. Ensure that documents do not have broken bookmarks.
RLCP116 Corrupt bookmark You have a document with one or more bookmarks pointing to a file that cannot be opened. Corrective action may be necessary and you will be contacted if it is necessary. Ensure that documents do not have corrupt bookmarks.
RLCP117 Multiple action bookmark You have a document with one or more bookmarks containing multiple actions. Corrective action may be necessary and you will be contacted if it is necessary. Ensure that documents do not have bookmarks triggering multiple actions.
RLCP118 External bookmark You have a document that makes reference to one or more external bookmarks (for example, web links, email links). Ensure that documents do not have bookmarks that are external to the application.
RLCP119 Inactive bookmark You have a document that has one or more inactive bookmarks. Corrective action may be necessary and you will be contacted if it is necessary. Ensure that documents do not have inactive bookmarks.
RLCP120 Non-relative bookmark You have a document that has one or more non-relative (absolute) bookmarks. Corrective action may be necessary and you will be contacted if it is necessary. Ensure that documents have only relative bookmarks.
RLCP121 Bookmark does not ‘Inherit Zoom’ You have a document with one or more bookmarks that are not set to ‘Inherit Zoom’. Ensure that all bookmarks are set to ‘Inherit Zoom’.
RLCP122 Document has password protection You have a document that has password protection and cannot be opened. Ensure that documents are not password protected.
RLCP123 PDF version of document You have a document using a PDF version that is not consistent with ICH / regional guidance. No corrective action is necessary. Modify your SOPs to ensure that future documents conform to the published standards.
RLCP124 Bookmark has non-existent target You have a document with one or more bookmarks pointing to a target that does not exist. Ensure that future documents do not have bookmarks pointing to non-existent target.
RLCP125 Problem creating published content Error encountered when publishing matched document Ensure reported errors are resolved.
RLCP126 Content Plan Item has invalid object type reference Content Plan Item has invalid object type reference. Ensure that the Content Plan Item object type is one of: Clinical Study, Nonclinical Study, or Product Family.
RLCP127 Content Plan Item doesn’t have matched document Content Plan Item doesn’t have matched document. Ensure that a document is matched to the Content Plan Item. Vault also reports this rule if the Content Plan Item is matched to an archived document.
